Beta comment block shortcut not working

Hi,

Ctrl+' seems to be not working; I have a block of selected text and hit the shortcut and nothing happens. The button works OK.

Also; is there a way to configure shrotcuts? I'm used to the ctrl+k+c of the visual studio IDE.

On my keyboard the ' is reachable with Shift+#
So to get Ctrl+' i need to press Ctrl+Shift+#

But this does not work. i would like to change the Shortcut too. In Delphi i use Ctrl+# to (un)comment a line/block
In java i need to use Ctrl+7 (german keyboard)

Ctrl + Q will be supported as well for this shortcut.

Currently it is not possible to change the shortcuts.
