Bug? Comment Code block, in java block, incorrectly comments with a "'" instead of a "//"

Whilst in a

#if java
....
#End If

If I select multiple lines of Java code, and click on the block-comment toolbar button, it incorrectly uses the "'" character to comment out the selected text instead of "//"

Not a bug. This is not a Java code editor.

Thats correct, its not a Java editor, but I would of expected it to not be a Java damager.

Knowing the above is the way it is, I can simply work around it.

Click on Ctrl + Z and it will be fixed. As I said, it is not a bug.
