Android Question Compiler directive - sync files but exclude hidden files

How would I alter this command to exclude hidden files? I think the arg is /XA:SH .... but I don't know how to put that as a directive

'Ctrl + click to sync files: ide://run?file=%WINDIR%\SysWOW64\Robocopy.exe&args=..\..\Shared+Files&args=..\Files&FilesSync=True
