Android Question Control phone from pc program

This is excellent example of how to control pc desktop from phone
But if we wanted to do the opposite, control a phone from a PC station, how to do it?
Once a communication channel has been activated, via socket, via mqtt, or other system, which commands should be sent from the pc to the telephone to simulate a click on the telephone screen itself?
And to simulate a swipe?
And to reboot the phone?

On Android you can use the accessibility service that allows you to simulate events.
