Android Question Creating a Music Game with B4A

After viewing the Gameview tutorial I have come up with an idea to try make a music game in B4A. You know those kinds of games similar to Guitar hero and Tap Tap Revenge where you have to tap notes that come across at the bottom at the screen that correspond with the music rythym. And I realize this would probably require a lot of code, graphics, and a powerful phone, but I may be wrong. So I'm wondering , is it possible??
