Android Question Cross Platform Clarification

There are 2 IDE's which are used for mobile app development

B4A - Android - Current Version 12.5
B4I - iOS - Current Version 8.3

The code you develop can be cross platform, however, the layouts will need to be developed for Android and iOS (but you can copy them)

You should read the B4XPages booklet.

To Add, B4i is not Free.

Creating new project using B4XPages creates the necessary files for all platforms be it B4A, B4J, B4i and the code is sync between the IDEs, even though you may need to adjust few items on individual platforms.
