Custom Tasbhost and Nexus

Hi,
I have a custom tabhost (http://www.b4x.com/forum/additional...es/19047-class-custom-tabhost.html#post109534) with 5 tabs.

All is well on my samsung Galaxy 2.

On this phone
Galaxy Nexus 4 - with Android 4.2.1
Baseband Version: I9250XXLH1
Kernel Version: 3.0.31-gd5a18e0

only 2 tabs are shown.

I modified the tabhost a little to show the tabs at the bottom of the screen.

What can be the reason?
