Android Question Data loads at runtime with scroll

Consultation, I have a remote MYSQL databases, the issue is that I want to create a list of data all this can be done without problems load the list, but the headache comes when many records, the Guien know how I can do that as by scrolling fence that records are loaded, another issue is that when the screen rotation is performed, is there a way to keep scrolling without recharge the records again.
