I get the following error message ...

Signiere Paketdatei (debug Key). Error

Could you please help me understand what it means and what I have to do to fix this. That would be highly appreciated.

Download java 11 from this site as suggested by Erel.
Additionally you should update to B4A 11 and also install a new SDK. The one you are using is deprecated.
