Android Question DefaultFolder or in DirInternal ?

Hello. Where is it better to use a working SQLite database file in the DefaultFolder or in DirInternal? Everything works fine both ways.

XUI.DefaultFolder is better because it is cross platform.

On B4A XUI.DefaultFolder = File.DirInternal.

Perhaps I won't open a new topic, I'll just explain why the question arose. When the working database was in File.DirInternal, when copying it to a File.DirExternal, and then back - the changes made to the database were lost. After replacing the File.DirInternal on XUI.Default Folder everything works fine, new data is not lost when copied to external memory and back (B4A)

Nope. File.DirInternal is exactly the same as XUI.DefaultFolder.

There are other explanations to what you seen but for further discussion you should start a new thread.

And a tip: never use File.DirRootExternal. It doesn't work on new versions of Android.
