Projects are made of many files which can be located at many different folders. This is especially true since the ability to reference modules (which is a very useful feature).
You can always export the project as zip and unpack it in a different folder.
Just renaming the main project file (Save As) will not be very helpful.

Not sure what that has to do with adding a keyboard shortcut for a menu action that the new feature renders even less often used.
Just to say that backups are important and even if I don't do many "save as" for layouts, I happened to have to do more than one during a "session" (by pure chance just when I then posted that request )
An early Macintosh user interface philosophy was that there should be just one way of doing a task. Same keep-it-simple philosophy is why Macintosh mouse only had one button. Sometimes I am sad that that simplicity was lost in the Feature Wars.
