Android Question Develop a library for b4A (Wrapper)

Hi!
I dont know if this is the correct place for this , if is not , sorry.
I have a java library to do something I need this library to use with B4A but I dont know JAVA so I need a programmer that can create a wrapper for this library and use it in B4A, OF COURSE this job will be paid, not free.
