iOS Question Developer Mode Required

I just purchased an iPad with the specific purpose of developing an app that I have done for an iPhone. But the Bridge App downloads and installs, but won't run because

"
Developer Mode Required
'B4i-Bridge' requires Developer mode to run ...'

I've googled and AI'd for an hour and unfortunately the only way I can see to enable this to run on an iPad is to connect it to a Mac. But I don't own a Mac.

How can I install a B4I-Bridge and develop my App on the iPad?
I even tried distributing my app via the OTA Deployer too, and got the same response :-(

Hi Erel,
I deleted all the keys and profiles and re-did them all from scratch, and now developer mode appears. The device and UDID I didn't have to re-enter though, so that was correct. But yeah, I had to re-do everything.
Not ideal, but working now, so thank you.
