From the webapps overview,i learnt that we need other tool for designing GUI.
I think at present,in B4J IDE,there is no built in GUI Editor for web applications.
and also is there any server side controls concept in B4J?

I think ASP.Net and JSP have this concept of server side controls that provide some built-in functionality.

Which browser are you using?
You need to use a browser that supports websockets. All modern browsers support it.

The web apps UI is created with HTML / CSS. This is the standard technology for web UI. There is no built-in designer in the IDE.
