Hello,
We have developed an app to remind about upcoming vaccines for children to registered users. It is available on the playstore at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jab.alert or you may also search Play Store for JabAlert to get the link.
We have a peculiar issue that it works fine on some mobiles quite well but on others it gives error messages (please see attached images) stating that there is an issue accessing directory or files. This happens when the vaccination charts or other info charts it creates are accessed.
Can anyone point out what could be possibly going wrong in certain mobiles in such a selective manner? The mobiles on which it fails have been shown in the screenshots.
