B4XTable is using a sqlite database under the hood. This means that only the data that is required is loaded.

You shouldn't add millions of items to B4XTable. Even if there weren't memory limitations.
No user will ever want to have a table with 100K pages. This is impractical and every search will need to filter items out of millions of items.
