How to download file from Google drive folder if the file shared by link (without Dropbox account)?

What have Google Drive AND Dropbox in common in this case?
Do you want to download a file from Google Drive OR Dropbox?

I need to have an opportunity to download files from cloud storage without having an account. Preferable option is Google Drive, but Dropbox is also OK.

Preferable option is Google Drive

With Google drive i cannot help sorry. Not using it as i have an Dropbox Pro account.

Dropbox is also OK.
