Android Question Download file using service module

How can I download file from Client PC? (like this)

DownloadService.URL = "http://192.168.1.13/images/ppp.png"

If I try this I have file not found.
Which is correct istruction?

Don't use DownloadService. Use HttpUtils2 instead.

If the url doesn't work then the problem is most likely on your server. You can try to access it from the device browser.

If I type (in web broser)
file://192.168.1.13/c/amedeo/amedeo/ppp.jpg
I see the image.
but I use this istruction in download
I have an error "not found"

It should be http. However you should have a http server running there and configured correctly.
