I've been publishing to the App Store since 2017 and the procedure did change a bit over time, e.g. the app specific password. But today I'm doing the usual Build Release App and then Download Last Build, but there is only an .ipa, the usual Archive.zip is missing. I tried uploading the .ipa but get loads of errors.
There is a tmp.zip file but when trying to upload that I get Invalid archive.
Am I missing something, has the procedure changed?
