embedded date dialog in panel

Is there a way/code to embedded date and time dialog in panel showing current date and time picker? In designer there is no date or time dialog.
Can date and time dialog be added in designer?

Dialogs cannot be added by the Designer and by their nature cannot be embedded as they are effectively a sort of Activity that is shown on demand.

I was hoping that someone can do it. Save user several clicks without clicking on button to launch date or time dialog.
