Emulator install problem !

Hello everyone,

I was setting up a new emulator when i red this little message while i was starting it with AVD manager:

PANIC: Could not open AVD config file: C:\Users\Géry\.android\avd\EMI.avd/config.ini

So obviously....it doesn't work!

Can someone help me out!

Android SDK fails when the user name includes non ascii characters.

The solution is described here:

It is a bit funny that it took me awhile to find it and apparently I'm credited for it
