Today I encountered this problem.
I updated the emulator via the SDK manager and started getting an error when launching my game in libgdx. My old games also do not open on this emulator.
Everything starts fine on the device via B4A Bridge.
I also received a message about Intel HAXM and the new Hypervisor driver. But even after installing it from the sdk manager, nothing changed.
I should also note that when downloading hyper driver, and now other files, sometimes I received a message(sdk manager).
I tried a new sdk but the emulator version is downloaded the same and I get the same result.
I hope for your hint, or can only @Erel solve this?
