Android Question EREL - Help me please - Lib Printer

Hello Friends ... I Need a little help.
I need to add to my project a library of portable thermal printer, the bilbioteca was made in eclipse, but not getting to add, I've been reading some threads that said they need to create the xml with javadoc.exe.
I tried to do here but could not due to my lack of knowledge in eclipse and also java. You can help me. I thank you.

hi guys, I could do the procedure following each tutorial on how to create a library
