B4J Question Error open

hi i just installed following the appropriate steps
1 Java
2nd Java Scene B
3rd B4j

in 2 clean and new operating systems with XP sp3 and on both I get the same error ..

What can it be?

Nor does the Basic4 me android

Which versions of Java and scenebuilder did you install?

I believe that with Java7 you need Scene builder 1.1, if you have installed Java 8 then Scene Builder 2 should work.

This error is related to .Net Framework. .Net Framework is not preinstalled on Windows XP. You need to install it yourself. There is a link to it at the bottom of the downloads page: www.b4x.com/android/downloads.html
