Android Question Error while building a simple example: Generating R file. Error

Hi,

After having updated to B4A 7.8, I'm running into issues with building projects. For example, the simple example for TabStrip is failing to build and shows the following error. I have got Android SDK 26 installed. The build in SDK manager is not showing me any option to get the latest Android 27 build tools but not sure this error is related to that.
Any ideas?

the problem is not using the new SDK Manager.

Hard to say exactly. Moving to the latest version of the SDK will most probably fix it.

That has not resolved the issue. I still get the error on generating the R file. The SDK manager tool was able to download the v27 platform tools and build tools but I do not see the android jar for the 27 version even if the manager reported it as downloaded and installed. I downloaded the android command line tools again as advised.

Sorry. Please ignore it. I was looking in the old Android tools folder. Upgrading to latest Android tools and platform resolved it.
