How to solve this ? Yesterday when I was trying to open this file everything was working.

If you are connecting to the ESP access point then it will be static. If not then it will not be trivial but you can use UDP broadcasting: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/esp8266-udp-bmp180-simple-weather-station.70243/#content

I have connected the ESP32 module to my PC thru a CP2102 Serial to USB converter. But I haven´t access the ESP32 yet...
