Existing Inventory Control Application - Improve design and function

We are looking for an experienced developer who can help us improve an existing application.

We have an existing inventory control application designed for android devices.
We need help refining and improving the design layouts when screen size changes.
Also help with existing grids (using "Table CustomView").
We feel a better method can be implemented to present the grid contents.
For example, certain columns cut off data.
Need to expand when the data varies in size.
