Android Question Extent of BASIC4Andriod?

I need to know if this software will be able to see the incoming call number (callerID) or allow me to search the phone book? I realize these are average phone functions but I am asking from a programmer's side.

- You can see the incoming number with PhoneEvents (or with a static intent filter).
- You can search the contacts with ContactsUtils.

In general, can I use this software to mimic any cell phone operation or function? I, too, am not interested in toys and games rather than making a better phone menu.

Is there a, interenet look-up where I can see all these functions? I have not yet purchased this or downloaded the free version.
