Android Question External Links in Booklets can not be followed

It seems impossible to follow the external links given in the booklets. I tried with FF, Chrome and Brave on 2 different PC's. All booklets seem affected. Anything I can do to activate this? Are the booklets based on .PDF that can be downloaded somewhere?
I'm aware of the fact that most of that information can be found by google. But a clickable link would simplify searching a lot.

@ Erel I would rather prefer a direct download of the .PDF instead of this malfunctioning tool. There are MANY references in the text and not being able to follow the links is a substantial nuisance.

@AnandGupta Thank you for this hint Anand. I downloaded the .ZIP and found the information.
