Android Question External Storage Jar Download

I was hoping to set up external storage access per the ExternalStorage library, but this requires adding #AdditionalJar: com.android.support:support-core-utils. This appears to now be a legacy item. I have not been successful in finding a download site. Any suggestions, or links that people have found to be helpful?

The compiler automatically updates "android support" resources to androidx resources.
