FastScroll for ScrollView

The versatility of the ScrollView view makes it very suitable to display customized lists.
It would be interesting to have also a FastScroll parameter for it like for ListView, if it is possible.

Scroll View could become a very very long customizable list. Fast Scroll would be awesome.

The FastScroll feature is only implemented in the native ListView control.
