Android Question FCM - difficulty with server side

I have a system that works very well with the GCM, but the FCM has become very attractive for the reason you can send messages back to the server.

My application B4A sends a message to himself, Now my great difficulty in getting this send a vb.net or asp.net software for the devices. please someone help me? all attempts I made, returns the error 401 unauthorized. if someone already has done so, please could post an example so that I can test? I tested here and worked using B4J.
The doubt is now another, I used the example downloaded from the link and perfectly sent the message. This is a Non-UI console file, where it goes the .jar file generated by it? it may be my source of integration with the system I have using .NET.

Erel, sorry if my doubts are primary, is that I am new in using B4A and B4J.
My earlier doubts was remedied only compiled using the Release (obfuscated).
already I can replace my application that runs on GCM to FCM, so I guarantee the minimum requirements of my application.
And to finish I would like to receive the data in B4J, so you can make dynamic interaction of my application to the server. How do I do that?
