File transfer

I've tested my SQL enabled app and it creates "SD card" database/tables. I would like to transfer these to a PC.
Using b4a, can I transfer these databases to:
1) my development machine from my emulator/app
2) my production machine to a PC via Lan, Blue Tooth, wireless, etc?

I have been pulling the sd card in and out. It is a bit tedious though. Hmm - maybe you can transfer files wirelessly using these apps Wifi File Transfer apps - Android It ought to work, since Basic4Android is downloading to the device using WiFi.

Addit - just downloaded a program from the app store and it works - browsing my PC so long as file permission on the folder is set to sharing. File copy is very fast. Working with wifi and cat5 lan.
