Android Question FileProvider is not running

Good Day!

I tried to use a class "FileProvider-share files" for B4X, bit it is not work. Not work at all!
I have no any messages, no any errors, - just turn off project after starting.
I use an Android ver.9 and soft B4A ver.11.
Have you any ideas for understanding my problem?
I used a Erel's project, without any myself changes.

Good Day!
I talked about this example, "As is".
Nothing matter, just is closed in silence, no messages, no errors in log.
