iOS Question FirebaseNotifications - APN Certificate password

Hi,
I'm following Erel Tutorial to use Firebase Notifications on my App.

When I try to upload firebase_push.p12 to Firebase console under Settings - CLOUD MESSAGING,
it asks me a password....

I haven't a password!

Furthermore, Firebase prefer authentication key to certificate

Whitch is the correct mode to proceed?
Where can I find password?

Can you post a screenshot from Apple developer site with the SSL certificate? Similar to:

Your screenshot sayd me that I had only a development certificate.
I created a production certificate then I generated a new firebase_push.p12 and upload works
Now I try to move on
