Java Question Get contact ID by phone number (B4a)

Hello everyone, I've been looking for 2 days now how to get just the ID of a contact by the phone number I found the Technis lib but I can't manage to use it... and with the ContactsUtils all queries ask for contact ID I'm stuck and can't find any additional information on this, can someone help me please?

if anyone has an example of code allowing me to output just the contact ID that would be wonderful

contactsutils: Most of the methods expect a contact id. You can get this id by calling one of the Find methods.

once you have the list, you have the id's.
don't forget requisite permission for contact access. make sure you understand what you need to do, not only in the manifest, but in code.
cross you fingers the class still functions under android 11/12.
