I see a potential for an unintentional DDOS attack here.

It reminds of an example somewhere in the forum with code that sends an email and in the example code it sends it to my email. Every few days I receive an email from a developer that copied the code and ran it. I always reply and congratulate the developer for the successful implementation.

Do you guys out there remember sometimes to make a backup of all your gmails and other relevant google stuff with Google Takeout?

I do it now and then and it's quick and easy. You can access the downloaded emails with for example Thunderbird.

A full backup of your mails and docs etc is extremely valuable if the disaster happens and you loose your Google account. Or just don't have access to it for a prolonged period.
