What if any support is available for Google Offline Maps?

You are not allowed by Google terms to cache or download their maps data. It might be possible to download different maps data however it will simpler to use OSMDroid.

I use OSMDroid from the beginning. However, I could not download the offline map with Mobile Atlas anymore... Is it possible to download the offline map from other source and use it with OSMDroid ?

MOBAC is permanently banned.

Try Maperitive. you can create tiles in any zoom based on pbf files.
It is totally free btw.
