Android Question Google play service library

I installed the Google play service library via the Android SDK to be able to use Google Maps. The tutorial says copy the google-play-services.jar file to the Basic4android library folder. I copied this file but it also needs an XML file which does not get installed by the Android SDK. Where do I get the google-play-services.xml file ? Please help.

The tutorial also mentions to download the attached library and unzip it. What attached library ? Download from where ? Please help once again.

There is no xml file for google-play-services.jar. Other libraries (with xml) depend on this jar.

Thanks a ton. I got it all sorted and its working. I think Basic4Andriod is the best IDE for Android Apps. It beats Eclipse and Android Studio by miles
