Android Question GooglePlay issues

Hi all,
I am new to GooglePlay and have some questions.
First, I need to update my free app but in the form of a bundle.
I build app budle using the same private sign key but I got an error on GooglePlay saying to use Google option for getting a key.
What did I do wrong?

Second, it happened as strange thing. I put the googleplay address where my app is there but while sometimes I'm able to see some user comments, other users can see the app withoiut the user comments... it is like visiting another app's version. Why is that?

ps. if i was not clear enough, please let me know, to grab some screens to put them here.

Sorry for the delay...The only thing I observed is that now the compiled project is result.apk and result.aab respectively.
I have the sense that in previous compilation (with past versions of B4A) the name was similar with the name of my project btsoy.fullversion.xxxxxx2 declared in "Build Settings"

You have a space in your project name which is illegal for Android so 'result' is used instead.

You mean the source code saved to disk? I can't find any... But I now see that my project name is xxxx.b4a.b4a, i don't know why... So the reason could be that?

Based on the error message you haven't enrolled to Google play signing service. Upload a regular APK instead or enroll to that service.
