Android Question Signing APP in GooglePlay

I have problem with upload key for signing application.
I have old apk package from 2019 without signing. I need create new distribution now.
So I have enable signing application.
What I know, there was possibility Upload file as zip type 2 years ago, but
there is possibility "upload private key" now.

I create files via https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/google-play-app-signing.91703/
but if I upload zip or pem or any filetype, the result is: The private key was not properly encrypted or is not a type of key we support.


What type of file is right? Or is there different steps for creating certificate now?
