I tried to use the TTS in hebrew, but it didnt work beacuse this language
files are missing.

someone knows where I can find and use the TTS on hebrew on B4A?

TTS is a OS service. It is not related to B4A.

You will need to download a TTS engine that supports Hebrew and set it to be the default engine.
