Android Question Help me I have a problem with the lazy loading

Hello here is a small part of my project. I don't understand why the scroll is always slow, I want to have images that load fast enough and a smooth scroll like instagram or facebook .

i used lazy loading. but it looks like its not working. I also used bitmapAsync
