iOS Question Hide Phone Number

Hi everyone!,
how to hide the phone number when starting a call with

App.OpenUrl("tel:" & number)

?
With a normal number it starts, if i put #31# (the code to hide the number in Italy) it doesn't starts.
I've tried also with %2331%23 like in Android, but nothing to do...it doesn't starts.

How can I achive that?
