Ehm, i'm sorry.

Yes, now Android Emulators (Intel) are too fast, but with a little drawback: I can't write on DirDefaultExternal (al least!).

I did not need to add permissions in the Manifest file; however, I have tried to add:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE"/>

but without success.

[SOLVE] The emulators previously created do not work, the new ones work.

I tried this HAXM fix some time back . while it did help making the Emulators slightly faster , they were still much slower
that the likes of GenyMotion (favorite) and BlueStacks.
