According to the documentation, runs the Honeywell EDA50K on Android 4.4. Erel has made a [B4X] [B4XPages] Barcode Reader program. You have to pay for the Honeywell SDK.

I have an Eda52 but I have not yet realized anything for this terminal
And therefore I am very interested in any development on the code to be used for these terminals
It seems to me that there are specific libraries, to be used on Android Studio to take advantage of the peripherals of the terminals
Do you know anything about it?

I understand from the manual that using a library is not especially necessary. The question is what exactly do you want to do?

Not necessary but it could certainly be useful to drive the peripherals of the terminal
How do you start the scanner?
What about reading the scanned code?
