Does anyone know how to find the list of devices (IP Addresses) connected to an iPhone hotspot.

Something equivalent to

This code scans each ip address in the network.

You will need to create a wrapper in order to use it. It doesn't seem like it will work in IPv6 networks so you will also need to update the code itself.

You don't need to know the ip address. You can send a broadcast UDP message.

Yes. UDPSocket.GetBroadcastAddress returns the broadcast address. This is all you need.
