How can i connect this device?

Hello everyone,
i have this device(see picture),is an android with serial printer(RS232), i try to connect this with "File.OpenOutput("","/dev/eser1",True)" and the Serial library, but nothing works.

I have an example from my supplier, and this works(i can see the code in eclipse), i need this to generate a sale ticket.

Anyone have an idea?
