Android Question How do I display data in a local database at a specific time?

I have stored some data in the database

then I set some time

for example at 08.00 a notification will appear from the local database, then

At 12.00 a notification will appear again from the local database

at 3.00 a notification will appear from the local database earlier

please for experts can help me, thank you
