how i can download image reading from a mysql?

good afternoon from Spain

I'm trying to download an image and display in a ListView1. Data is read from mysql with JSON

the query if the bill but I do not get is download the image whose path is in a field mini_image_url = "/images/imagenrow1.png"

I have looked at some examples on the forums but I have not seen any that do both things at once, json mysql query and then download the image to display it in the listview

I need help
